Connecting to a Machine

To take part in the exciting challenges of GYM WALLET, you need to connect your mobile device to a supported fitness machine. Currently, our platform supports Concept2 ERGs with a PM5 monitor. Here are the two methods to connect your device:
Hold your mobile phone against the machine's PM5 monitor: The machine and your mobile phone will establish a connection via Near Field Communication (NFC). This is the same technology used in 'touchless' credit card transactions or Apple Pay.
Approve the Connection: Once detected, a pop-up will appear on your GYM WALLET mobile app, prompting you to approve the connection.
Alternatively, you can directly connect your mobile device to the fitness machine using the Bluetooth feature in our app's user interface.
